Rixos sells a view. The hotel site was designed so that the photograph is never interrupted: a full-width image of the pool and the sea, a thin gold rule, and the booking bar sitting quietly under it.
Below the hero the structure is deliberately conventional, because hotel guests know how hotel sites work. Rooms, dining, spa and offers each get an image-led card in the same proportion, and the typography stays light so the photography keeps doing the selling.
